WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BAG?

We would like you to receive it right now, unfortunately teletransportation isn’t available yet, but if you’re based in the U.S. In Canada or Latinamerica , free shipping normally takes anywhere from 2-4 days via UPS.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Change your mind? Need a different size or color? As long as your product is unused and within 10 days of receipt, all you need to do is the following: To start a return or exchange, simply shoot us a note at [email protected] indicating the reason and what you’d request: an exchange, store credit, or refund. Don´t forget to add your order number. we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We’ll send you a notification as soon as your refund has been processed, or your requested exchange is on its way. Please allow 3-4 business days for returns and/or shipped to be processed. For any questions, feel free to email us.

DOUGWETA FOR LIFE

If there are any issues, we’ll either fix them to you or send you a new bag.

This limited warranty applies to the following defects:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product.
  • Breakdowns in the zippers, zipper pullers, straps, handles and stitching of the bag materials.

This limited warranty does not cover the following:

  • – “Cosmetic Damage” which is defined as scratches, dents, dings, scuffs, stains, color changes, normal wear and tear, technological obsolescence, or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the product that occur during normal handling and use of Bag by any party and which do not impair the functionality of the product as luggage.

– Replacement of any non-defective pieces in the Bag (we’ll only replace the parts that are defective and not the other areas unless they also have a functional damage).

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes. You can cancel an order within one hour of placing it. To request a cancellation, please send an email with your order number to [email protected]

WHY DO YOUR BAGS COST LESS THAN OTHER LEATHER BAGS?

Because we know you want our bags and we really want you to have it.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You should receive emails that update you with the status of your order (e.g., when the items ship, tracking numbers, etc.), or you can always click the order number in your order confirmation email to see your order’s current status. Email us anytime at [email protected]
