As long as your product is unused and within 10 days of receipt, all you need to do is the following: To start a return or exchange, simply shoot us a note at [email protected] indicating the reason and what you’d request: an exchange, store credit, or refund. Don´t forget to add your order number. we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We’ll send you a notification as soon as your refund has been processed, or your requested exchange is on its way. Please allow 3-4 business days for returns and/or shipped to be processed.
